Silver Leaf's dad doesn't show up much in The Dream. However we see him as an invisible character as he influenced a lot of Silver’s personality! He loved his family with all his art and then some, but he couldn't hunt due to his bad health so instead he raised Silver Leaf, while her mom hunted.

During The Lullaby Project, he fell under the songs control. With his mind warped he saw his wife as danger to Silver, this ended up leading to his death as well as his wife's death.
