General Rules

• Please have a link to this TOS.

• You may give your character's necks, I just don't draw necks.

• You must wait 2 weeks to rehome.

• Don't resell for more than you got the design for without public art or writing.

• Don't use our designs for anything extremely hurtful, homophobia or transphobia, racism, ableism, ect.

• Breaking rules once to three times will lead to a warning, if you don't fix it within a week (more or less depending or circumstances) you will be blacklisted.

Reselling/Rehoming my designs.

• Give the design public art or writing before reselling for more money.

• Don't flip/change over 50% of my designs it's extremely insulting, I put my years of hard work into that design. If you dont want the design please buy a different design, don't make my work unrecognizable.

• Trading counts as making profit of a design, so don't trade freebies without public art or writing.

• Reselling freebies for money without adding anything is an immediate blacklist.

• Ill happily take back adopts you don't want anymore, however I can’t provided a refund. This is only optional if you don't want to go through the reselling process yourself. I refuse to profit of of others art so I'll only charge for my art, even if you insist. If the character has nudity I can’t take it back.

• I dont want my designs being resold on Amino.

What is Considered Hateful.

Some things being done in AU’s like a Trans character in a gender bent universe MIGHT be ok. however if you don't handle these topics with respect you will be blacklisted.

• Making a Trans character cis.

• Changing a characters race.

• Being disrespectful to anyone's religious beliefs.

• Making a queer character straight, them being wrong about there identity and finding a new label is fine, Just don't make them straight if I or a previous owner wanted them queer please.

• Making a mockery of minorities or people literally fighting for there right to exist.
